Biscotti Ice Cream

This is another of David’s yummy variations which I haven’t made it a while, but caught my eye when I was flipping through the book. Plus, I had all the ingredients. The basic recipe is for Anise Ice Cream – the dairy is infused with anise seed – then it gets biscottied up by the addition of Marsala soaked raisins and toasted almonds.
