the GrocOut totally enabled the filling-in-the-blank variations on David’s easy-peasey Peanut Butter Ice Cream recipe – there was Snickerdoodle Cookie Spread – that was a new one to me, but hey, why not, I mean once you’ve started with the cookie spreads… so there was one flavor. Then Speculoos Cookie Spread, AND! there were Biscoff – The Airline Cookie (wait, in what century?) – with chocolate, that crumbled nicely for a mix-in. Flavor two. Then I was in the groove of it, and had almond butter, so did that up, using almond milk so it’s non-dairy (not that there’s anything wrong with that.) Flavor three. But who’s counting?
