criticism

the only way
he knew
to say I love you
except it wasn’t
love exactly
but that
he cares for you
wants you
to make something
of yourself

    … at least criticism is a response. Of course, best if it is known that the critic is paying enough attention to understand that you can do better/different. Yes, I believe I definitely prefer criticism to neglect.
