All the Ts seemed appropriate for being at Tank Fest (besides the events there is a regular shop location as well) and all the treats looked tasty – although I’m not sure I could have brought myself to eat one of those cute tank cookies. In the end, I had to try a flapjack, since it did not look like what comes to mind when I usually hear flapjack. Ah, the fun of English as a common language. This was not an American pancake, but a sweet oatmeal bar cookie. There were several choices of embellishment, I went with the ginger, which I was quite pleased with.
