Chocolate Sorbet

Don’t let the smooth taste fool you! I’m debating telling anyone this is dairy free (not that there’s anything wrong with that…), but, it is. Quite smooth, and then maybe it’s just the sheer chocolatiness of it that’s pretty amazing. I used the Black Onyx cocoa powder – David said to use the good stuff – that gets boiled up with the sugar and some water, then you melt the chocolate in it. Yum!
