So there was the homegrown grapefruit looking for a new home, and you know me and the adopt-a-fruit program … and then David had a recipe for Pink Grapefruit-Champagne Sorbet which I hadn’t tried yet and there we go! Very nice and refreshing.
Then while I was in that section of The Book the Piña Colada Sherbet recipe caught my eye, and yay easy just blend stuff together – shh don’t tell anyone I went even easier and used frozen pineapple – still super tasty. Where’s my little paper umbrella?!
