Chocolate Brownie Fudge Ripple Ice Cream

David says the world is divided into two camps – those who like their brownies cakelike, and those who like them fudgey. OK, he says chewy-dense, not fudgey. I can see his point, although I’d be inclined to delimit on those who ruin perfectly good brownies by adding nuts, and those of us who know to leave well enough alone. Anyway, The Perfect Scoop gives recipes for both types, with the recommendation to use the fudgey type, titled Chewy-Dense Brownies, for mix-ins, since they’ll stay nice and chewy even frozen. Since this was to go in a chocolate base, and some is good, more is better, too much is not enough, I also did the Fudge Ripple. Chocolate your socks off!
