So I’m a little late to the party for World Nutella Day, although I did have the jar on the 5th, and could have made the ice cream – using David’s Peanut Butter recipe but substituting the Nutella for the PB – but for some reason I thought it needed some sort of mix in. Macaroons seemed like a good one, but then they all got eaten (no, not ALL by me) and then more haven’t been made. But then I had some extra white chocolate (we’re not going to have the debate about it not really being chocolate) and that seemed like it would be good as stracciatella. Which it was, adding nice crunchy bits to the hazelnut-chocolate yumminess.
