After making the White Miso Peach Ice Cream I revisited the here’s your damn strawberry ice cream, caramelizing the sugar and using the white miso instead of vinegar. Super tasty, although the original, which is a simple recipe was pretty darn good too, so I’m not completely convinced it’s worth the extra efforts. May have to make more of both and do a double-blind taste test! Oh but there’s other new flavors to try making too. So much ice cream, so little time!
