More of the Cherry Sorbet with skin bits that I’m not sure about, hmn what else can I do with it? Oh everyone says cherry and almond are a good flavor pairing, and there’s the easy peanut butter ice cream recipe I can do with almond butter instead! Whip some of that up and marble it with the sorbet.
It is a good flavor combination! And the almond butter, although it says Smooth, isn’t completely (isn’t that always the case?) so it’s well I hate to say grainy ’cause that doesn’t sound so good, but maybe sandy? Anyway, it’s got a slight texture, but then overall the ice cream is creamy and so I don’t notice the bits in the Cherry Sorbet. Definitely sum is better than the parts! Yay for good combos!
