Lots to see and do at the Tucson Festival of Books. Actually a bit overwhelming and a bit of a mish-mosh of things so I wasn’t quite sure what I was supposed to be getting out of it, but it seemed like a pretty popular event.
Presentations and signings by authors, booths of all sorts, some book related – book sellers, publishers, writing programs, The Poetry Center – some not so much – more general businesses and community groups – and then some randomness. Always good to have a bit of that.
There was also entertainment, food and kids’ activities. It went all weekend on the University of Arizona campus. Neat to see some of campus, it looks very nice. I was there on Sunday and it got fairly crowded.
